An Architecture That Changes Place When Observed
2026
The building remains perfectly clear. Its proportions, material and light do not change. Yet its relationship with the surrounding landscape suggests that it is no longer where it was. Nothing in the architecture itself explains the displacement. The instability appears between the object and the place that should locate it, making the act of looking part of the event. As the final paradox of the series, the work moves beyond an impossible interior or structure. Reality itself becomes uncertain. The observer can no longer know whether the architecture has changed position, or whether perception has quietly moved it.
